On a windy day at the beginning of the season the 4s travelled all the way to AW3. We went into the game feeling hopeful, with lots of subs and young players to keep the energy high. Our opposition were also hungry for a competitive game and started aggressively. The first half ended 0-0 with a lot of hard work from both sides. The team created a lot of opportunities in the D but unfortunately nothing converted. After a rousing half time chat from Ziggy we went the second half hungry to convert. Unfortunately the opposition got 2 goals through quick runaways. Player of the Match, Frejya Clewes, had a fantastic game at the back tackling everything that came near her. The game finished with a slightly disappointing 2-0 loss but with a lot of opportunities which we can learn from and use to better our game next week! Good job guys 🎉
