It was a wet morning when the 5s met at Polo farm for the final match of the season. This was an important game because we wanted to finish the season with a win!
We started strongly and Lou managed to get a goal in the first half, making the score 1:0 to us.
After a team talk at half time, where Foxy and Nigel gave us some good advice and encouragement, we put in lots of effort and so did the opposition who came back strongly.
Fortunately, thanks to some great saves from Georgia, they didn’t manage to get a goal. The team worked well together and Suzie got a second goal!
