On a bright afternoon at Polo the 5s prepared for a top of the table battle against Tunbridge Wells.
The game began with majority Canterbury possession, defending well and making some good runs. Unfortunately Tunbridge got one short break and managed to score. The first half continued and Tunbridge managed to sneak another 2.
The 5s had a regroup at half time and came out fighting. Sapphire scored a cracking strike from a short corner and Canterbury finally had control of the game. Sadly we couldn’t put anymore goals away.
Later in the day a fantastic social event kept morale high, and we are ready to get back to winning ways next week!
