Canterbury 3s vs T-Wells 2s
So….. week 2 of the league (week one doesn’t count because Chirpy wasn’t there).
Canterbury rock up on a sunny Saturday morning looking for their first points wishing we had a couple tunes to bring the vibe but the acapella version of “Walking on Sunshine” really carried us through!
Anyway on to the important thing, hockey! Within the first 5 minutes we knew it would be a hard fought low scoring game, but Canterbury weren’t just going to let them have it easy (that’s just not how we roll). We gave as good as we got, saw lots of end to end action, had plenty of opportunities to score, and ran our socks off but it just wasn’t meant to be 😢.
The game finished 0-1 to T-Wells but there were lots of positives to take away and we know what to work on for next week!
