The 3s pushed back at home versus Burnt Ash who we knew were going to be determined. With their push back they quickly received an early goal but Canterbury stepped up with strong attacking and defending with some great break throughs from Charlotte and Tilly. Unfortunately Burnt Ash scored another goal after a bit more tennis play between teams. Leaving us 3-0 down at half time even after a strong performance.
After a motivational half time talk, Canterbury went into the second half ready to fight back with some great fowards play on the wings and some awsome saves from Georgia. But they fought through after a couple of short corners and we conceded 1 more goal under their pressure. With luck not on Canterburys side the final score didn’t reflect the whole teams solid performance being 4-0 to Burnt Ash.
