- [ ] Canterbury ladies travelled to Sugden road, the home of Surbiton Hockey Club. Surbiton were flying high in the league winning all their games so far. Surbiton scored first and played dynamic, quick hockey, however Canterbury managed to equalise through a well win corner by Kerler, and converted on a rebound corner my Melly Clewlow. Canterbury held strong into the Thurs quarter, however surbiton managed to score 2 more goals in quick succession. Canterbury worked hard through to the final whistle. Final score 3-1 Surbiton. Some positive play from Canterbury with lots to work on moving forward. The ladies 1s go into the half term break on 9 points from 5 games. Onwards and upwards!
