It was all smiles on the pitch today with a win to finish off the first half of the season!
Canterbury got on the board after just 30 seconds with goal from Tilly Turner – we couldn’t have asked for a better start.
The attack game thick and fast from the Canterbury side in the first half but were blocked by some solid Magpie defence.
We collected ourselves at half time and added another goal from Chloe after a killer assist from Mazza “cause chaos” Flint followed by a solid reverse banger from Susannah Townsend.
Magpies were able to get a goal late in the game but the composure and consistency that the Canterbury team has been working hard on paid off, with a fantastic win to finish the season.
Our heads turn to indoor and a well deserved Christmas break! We will see you all in the new year!
