Canterbury began with possession of the ball pushing burnt ash back into their own half. Lou made a brilliant dribble down the line then into the D to make a goal from the right side of the goal onto the far corner giving us a positive start. Canterbury continued to push burnt ash back for the next 15 minutes but could not extend their lead, burnt ash gradually began to dominate pushing us back. Great defensive work kept burnt ash out. With the snow beginning to fall, Canterbury began to break out and Sophie ran ahead leaving everyone else behind!
